We Run the Systems
Before We Sell Them
Gold Root Solutions is an AI automation agency built by operators. Every system we offer to a client runs internally first — on real data, in production, with all the friction that entails.
The "Sarah from Accounting" Problem
Every business has one. Most never fix it until it's too late.
"Sarah from accounting knows how to handle the edge cases. The refund exceptions. The vendor codes that don't match. The invoices that need a second look.— Every operations manager we've talked to
When Sarah leaves, that knowledge walks out the door. And nobody wrote it down because nobody thought they had to."
Institutional knowledge is the most under-protected asset in any small business.
It lives in someone's head. In a spreadsheet that only one person knows how to read. In the way a longtime employee "just knows" which clients need a follow-up call versus an email.
When that person leaves — or gets sick, or burns out — the business doesn't just lose a body. It loses the logic behind how it runs.
We build systems that capture that logic. Not as documentation nobody reads, but as automated workflows that apply the rules consistently, every time, whether Sarah is there or not.
That's the real value of automation for a 10-person operation. Not sci-fi AI. Not a chatbot on your website. The unglamorous, high-leverage stuff: intake routing, follow-up sequences, document handling, alert triggers. The work that takes 3 hours a day and never makes it on anyone's roadmap.
Six Principles. Non-Negotiable.
These aren't values on a wall. They're the rules that determine what we build and how we build it.
Internal use first
We run every system in our own operations before we offer it to a client. If it doesn't work for us on real data, it doesn't go on the service menu.
DEV before PROD
Every build is tested in a development environment first. Nothing touches your production systems until you've seen it work on real data in a safe sandbox.
You own what we build
Full documentation. Staff training. The actual workflow files. If you stop working with us after launch, the system keeps running. We don't manufacture dependency.
Honest scope
If there's no clear ROI for your operation, we'll say so on the discovery call. We'd rather send you away with honest advice than close a project that doesn't move the needle.
No strategy theater
No 60-day discovery phases. No decks full of frameworks. We scope, we propose, we build. Most Tier 1 systems are live within 2–3 weeks of approval.
Bilingual delivery
South Florida runs on two languages. Our team delivers fully in English and Spanish — documentation, training, and support. No translation gap on your end.

These are production systems running in our own operations. Not demos. Not case studies with the names changed.
Infrastructure: DeepThought (local ops server) — dual n8n instances (PROD/DEV), PostgreSQL 16, Cloudflare Tunnels, Gotenberg PDF generation. ZeroClaw AI gateway for LLM routing. 99 production workflows across 3 active projects.
Built by Someone Who Runs the Thing
Not a strategist who hired engineers. An operator who built the infrastructure, shipped the workflows, and then started selling what worked.
Adrian Gauna
Founder — Gold Root SolutionsI started GRS because I kept watching small businesses solve the same problems with the same broken workarounds — a shared Google Sheet maintained by one person, a follow-up process that lived in one employee's memory, an intake system that was technically "automated" but broke every time something came in slightly off-format.
The gap wasn't technology. The tools existed. The gap was someone willing to build it properly, deploy it on real infrastructure, and hand it off in a way that the business could actually run without the builder on speed-dial.
So we built Holde internally. Holde is our File Valet — a production pipeline that runs everyday filing tasks for the team. Built the marketing pipeline. Built OLI-Intel. Not to demo them — to run them. Once they worked on our own data, with our own edge cases, we started offering them to clients.
That's still the model: we ship the same systems we run. No upselling a roadmap. No discovery retainer. If there's a fit, there's a build. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.
Systems deployed, not decks delivered.
Legal, freight, retail, food — not generic "AI for business."
If the ROI isn't clear, we'll say so before the proposal.
